This is a training pattern that gives you waiting time to relax - or turn clubs etc.
- A: 1|2
- B: 1|1
With Single Passes
- you can do self,zip with the two clubs. The zip goes to the hand that has to catch the next incoming pass
- try to do the zip behind your back
- you can do flip,flip (single flip done first with one, then with the other hand). The hand that receives the next pass should do the first flip
With Double Passes
- you can do a self,zip,self,zip with the two clubs. The zip goes to the hand that has to catch the next incoming pass
- try to do the zip behind your back
- you can do heff,zip,zip with the two clubs. The zip should end up in the hand that receives the next pass.
