A 3|3: 3p 3 3 3
B 3|3: 3p 3 3 3

3p denotes a single-rotation pass, 3 denotes a self, so written in throw notation:

A 3|3: pass self self self
B 3|3: pass self self self

Both jugglers start at the same time with a pass, followed by three selfs. All passes are thrown from the right hand.
